Project description:
Drive of passenger car engines with high rpm and high-performance. For testing the passenger car engine it is loaded with a special brake. The gearbox supplies the high operating speed. Due to the high speed all gearbox shafts are mounted in special plain bearings. The lubrication of the plain bearing is ensured via its own pressurized oil supply. The oil temperature is controlled via an oil cooler. Oil flow rate, pressure and temperature are displayed and monitored.
The measured values can be entered in a central switching station (remote transmission). A signal tone is output in case of a change of the values for flow, pressure and temperature and is switched off in case of risk to the gearbox of the drive motor.
