This is why we at KACHELMANN ensure that our turbine gearboxes are extremely easy to install right from the design stage.
- All individual part drawings and assembly drawings are archived at KACHELMANN and thus ensure the supply of spare parts for the gearbox over the entire product life cycle
- Optimisation of the gearing ensures low-noise operation
- Experience and improvements from many successful turbine gearbox solutions are incorporated into every repair.
- We use the latest methods - always with the application in mind
- Optimised adaptation to changes in the respective hydropower plants (change in process control, structural conditions)
- Documentation of the gearbox inspection and gearbox repair,
- 24-hour service hotline
