Two-shaft polymer extruder. The generated plastic is used for the manufacture of plastic panels in the fitting area. Gearboxes in compact design with many gear ratio steps. Output via two shafts with very small axis spacing. For this a special bearing had to be developed for both drive shafts (tandem bearing) The axial forces of the extruder screws are accommodated by the housing. Oil supply of all bearing and gear meshing via integrated special lubrication system.
