Project description:
According to BASF standard with sleeve coupling for connection between gearbox output and agitator shaft. A special removal device for removing of coupling and vessel seal was developed. A turbo-coupling is installed between the input motor and gearbox, which facilitates an impact-free gradual starting of the agitator. Advantage of this design: Sleeve coupling and vessel seal can be removed without the entire gearbox having to be removed from the boiler top (quick-change mechanism).
