300 metric ton assembly press put into operation

In January 2012 a new 300 metric ton assembly press was put into operation in the scope of continual expansion of the machine park.

Technical data:

• Pressing force 300 metric tons
• Max. distance between top edge of the table and lower edge of the piston: 1500 mm
• Front opening table with reinforcement: 300 mm
• Hydraulic lifting of the table: 400 mm

Ram drive:

separate electro-hydraulic unit with pressure gauge and high-speed hydraulic unit.
