  • We want satisfied customers. For this reason one of our top goals is to consistently maintain high quality products and services.
  • Our customer sets the benchmark for our quality. The customer’s opinion of our products and services is critical.
  • „Zero defects“ or „100% correct“ are our unrelenting goals.
  • We know customers judge not only the quality of our products, but also our services. Deliveries must always be on time.
  • Requests, quotes, samples, complaints, etc. must be processed thoroughly and quickly. Set deadlines must absolutely be met.
  • Every employee of the company contributes to the realisation of our quality goals. Thus it is the job of each employee, from apprentices to the managing director, to provide perfect work. Whoever detects a quality concern and cannot remedy it in the scope of their job is obligated to notify their superior immediately.
  • All work should be done correctly from the beginning. This not only improves quality, but also reduces our costs. Quality increases the cost effectiveness.
  • Not only the fault itself must be remedied, but also the causes of the fault. Avoidance of defects has prioity over removal of defects.
  • The quality of our products depends on the quality of our purchased parts. Therefore we demand the highest quality from our suppliers and support this by pursuing common quality goals.
  • Despite our taking utmost care, defects can occasionally occur. Investments have been made in tested measurement equipment so we are be able to discover defects in a timely manner.
  • We have the most up-to-date production machines and equipment to achieve our quality goal of „zero defects“.
  • The main principle: Do not check for quality, produce quality.
  • Reaching our quality goals is an important management responsibility. The quality of our work is taken into account in evaluation of our employees.
